Established in 2001. I work with clients on a wide range of issues including post traumatic stress, anger management, relationship problems, stress, self confidence, self esteem, phobias including social phobia, and addictions. I have other qualifications too, notably in counselling, Transactional Analysis psychotherapy , and EMDR so I am able to work in what is called an 'integrative' way drawing on different techniques to respond to each individual client's needs. My practice is located in HInckley which is also convenient for Leicester, Coventry, Nuneaton, Rugby, and Tamworth.

I am the author of two books. Both are available on line. 'Mountains into Molehills' is about understanding self and others and self help therapy techniques. This includes chapters on Hypnotherapy, Transactional Analysis, and other approaches. I have just published 'The Anger Management Programme' which is available as an on line slideshow at a cost of £34.95. A hard copy version is also available at the same price [plus P&P] The links may be found on my website.

I also offer personalised CD's with recordings of the hypnotherapy sessions for reinforcement of the hypnotherapy in the privacy of the client's home.
