I established my practice in April 2002 following the completion of my diploma's in both Hypnotherapy and Past Life Regression. I work from home on a deep and holistic level with my clients, reaching for the root cause of their issue, working to resolve the cause which then heals the symptoms. I have a higher than average success rate by working in this way. The majority of issues are dealt with in just one session, however, some deeper rooted problems can take slightly longer.

I have removed major phobias, depression, cleared blocks and barriers and generally helped the client to improve their quality of life and well-being.

I offer Hypnotherapy for the following:

Anxiety, stress, depression, OCD, panic attacks.
Emotional issues such as loss, grief, rejection, abandonment
Addictions including alcohol, drugs, cigarettes.
Eating Disorders, Anorexia, Bulemia.
Weight and food issues including:   
   chocolate / sweets,  sweet tooths, portion size control, addictions to cola etc. 

I have yet to find a problem that can't be helped, so if your problem isnt listed please come to see me anyway. Every problem has a solution, we just have to find it!

I also offer Past Life Regression, Reiki Healing, Spiritual & Psychic Readings and Classes, Courses and Workshops.

Past Life Regression is a useful tool for clearing very deep rooted issues which originate in a previous life but whose effects can be felt within this one. Phobias for example, usually originate from an experience within a previous life. Past Life Regression is also used for deepening your spiritual awareness and connection, drawing on old knowledge and developing your own self awareness.

Originally from Cardiff, I have lived and worked in many locations and towns over the years, developing my career as a Manager in Housing, Advice and Support, working mainly with homeless and vulnerable people.

In 2000 I relocated to the beautiful county of Cornwall where I left this career in search of a better work/life balance.

In 2002 I qualified in both Hypnotherapy and Past Life Regression Therapy.

In 2007 & 8 I trained in Reiki and obtained level 1 and 2 at that time.

In 2009 I obtained my level 3 Reiki Master Teacher status.

In February 2009 I left the West Country and relocated to Hertfordshire where I currently live.

I am available Monday-Saturday for 1 to 1 sessions.

I am registered with both the General Hypnotherapy Register and
the General Hypnotherapy Standarads Council and now hold a
Senior Level Qualification in Hypnotherapy.

I hold a Diploma in both Hypnotherapy and Past Life Regression.

I also hold Reiki Level 3, Master Teacher and am a Reiki Practitioner and Teacher.
