I am the founder of the Mind Body Balance Studio in central Manchester. I graduated with a Diploma in Advanced Holistic Hypnotherapy (including Inner Child Therapy) from The Academy of Holistic Hypnotherapy in Manchester and then trained as a Soul Retrieval Therapist with Soul Concern, Manchester. I have also attended Ericksson/Rossi Technique Master Classes with Norman Vaughton.

In July 2010 I was invited to be a tutor at the Academy of Holistic Hypnotherapy.

I gained Level I , II & III EFT Practitioner certification through training with EFT Master Tania Prince, also in Manchester. Tania was trained in EFT by it's developer Gary Craig. Tania is the developer of Deep State Re-Patterning and I was one of the first to be trained by Tania as a Practitioner of this modality.

I have been invited by Tania to be her guest speaker on a world-wide EFT telecast and to participate with her in a multi-media production about EFT.

In founded The Mind's I in Manchester in 2008, offering Hypnotherapy, EFT, Deep State Re-Patterning, Inner Child Therapy and Soul Retrieval Therapy and re-named to Mind Body Balance Studio in 2010.

In November 2010 I obtained a Hypno-Band License and have successfully helped people lose weight and claim their health back with Hypno-Band.

Positive change is something we all want to achieve in some aspect of our lives, at some time or other.

I am a fully qualified therapist offering various types of approaches to help people achieve positive long lasting change through:

As a therapist I am simply a guide who facilitates the process. You are the one taking the journey and making those positive changes.

How many sessions may be required will be discussed at your initial consultation.

Subsequent to certain criteria a discount can be offered to students and those on low incomes.

During and after completion of your therapy sessions I offer unlimited email and telephone support free of charge.

Hypnotherapy, EFT, Deep State Re-patterning and Past Life Regression - All £65 per session

Hypno-Band - £395 (One 3 hour plus three 1 hour sessions, handbook containing supportive and nutritional information and advice and 4 CD's or MP3's, one for each session, then 3 follow up appointments 3, 6 and 9 months after completion of the process which help keep you focused on maintaining your weight loss.

Inner Child Therapy - £55 per session
Inner Child Therapy is a course of 6 to 8 sessions over a period of 12 weeks.

Soul Retrieval Therapy - £165 per session.
