I am the founder of the Mind Body Balance Studio in central Manchester. I graduated with a Diploma in Advanced Holistic Hypnotherapy (including Inner Child Therapy) from The Academy of Holistic Hypnotherapy in Manchester and then trained as a Soul Retrieval Therapist with Soul Concern, Manchester. I have also attended Erickson/Rossi Technique Master Classes with Norman Vaughton.
I gained Level I , II & III EFT Practitioner certification through training with EFT Master Tania Prince, also in Manchester. Tania was trained in EFT by it's developer Gary Craig. Tania is the developer of Deep State Re-Patterning and I was one of the first to be trained by Tania as a Practitioner of this modality.
I have been invited by Tania to be her guest speaker on a world-wide EFT telecast and to participate with her in a multi-media production about EFT.
In founded The Mind's I in Manchester in 2008, offering Hypnotherapy, EFT, Deep State Re-Patterning, Inner Child Therapy and Soul Retrieval Therapy.
Introduced to Live Blood Microscopy in 2007, the impact of seeing the condition of my own internal terrain at cellular level prompted me to become interested in nutrition.
Although I received a great sense of fulfillment helping people achieve positive and long lasting change through the modalities I offered at The Mind's I and understanding the positive effect living a nutritionally balanced lifestyle had on me, I felt that there was more that I could do to help others achieve a more holistically balanced life.
I trained in Live and Dry Blood Microscopy with Brina Eidelson in Cambridge, UK. Brina was trained in Live and Dry Blood Microscopy by the late Michael Coyle, founder of NuLife Sciences.
I was then introduced to the MediConsult family who manufactutre the Magnetic Resonance Stimulation MRS 2000+ Designo systems and I was trained as a MediConsult Certified Health Technician by the founder and CEO of MediConsult, Wolfgang Jaksch.
I then set up River of Life Blood Analysis, offering Live and Dry Blood Analysis, Nutritional Consultation and introducing people to Magnetic Resonance Stimulation.
However, knowing that I now had the key to help people achieve that all round holistically balance life, I put The Mind's I and River of Life Blood Analysis under one umbrella - Mind Body Balance Studio.
Positive change is something we all want to achieve in some aspect of our lives, at some time or other.
I am a fully qualified therapist offering various types of approaches to help people achieve positive long lasting change through:
- Hypnotherapy
- EFT
- Deep State Re-Patterning
- Inner Child Therapy
- Soul Retrieval Therapy
The reason why I offer different types of therapies is because I am aware that one type of therapy may not feel right for everyone.
I offer a free initial consultation. At the consultation I will discuss the therapies I offer with you and how they can help you with what it is you want to achieve. But ultimately you will decide on which one resonates most with you and what you feel most comfortable with and that is the approach we will take.
As a therapist I am simply a guide who facilitates the process. You are the one taking the journey and making those positive changes.
