I see clients with a wide range of issues including Fears & Phobias, Anxiety & Panic Attacks, Lack of Confidence, Exam or Driving Test Nerves & Low Self Esteem, Weight Loss & Eating problems including Hypno-band; the original hypnotherapy gastric band program,  Traumatic Memories & PTSD, including childbirth trauma, IBS, Hypnosis for Childbirth; Hypnobirth and Hypnosis for Fertility and help with the underlying and ongoing emotions associated with many chronic diseases and conditions and their treatment.

I use additional techniques such as NLP and Emotional Freedom Techniques and I can also offer telephone coaching using EFT and NLP.
