How can I help you?
Some time ago I experienced the many benefits of hypnotherapy. Until then I had no idea of the powerful resources already in my mind ready and waiting to be used. I could hardly wait to retrain and deliver these benefits to others, which I now been doing for over ten years helping hundreds of clients along the way.
Perhaps now is the time for you to discover how you can change your life. So much is possible with the help of a fully trained and experienced therapist.
What do you want to change?
Like the vast majority of clients who come to see me, you may well be suffering from some kind of inner discord. Your desires and actions are probably at odds. Here are some examples:-
- You'd like to travel but have a fear of flying
- You want to be slimmer but seem to be unable to eat less
- You need to get your teeth fixed but have a dental phobia
- You could do with more sleep but can't seem to relax
- You have to give a speech but public speaking terrifies you
- You want to be more confident but feel insecure and unsure of yourself
Often you would just like to be happy but something is getting in the way.
That feeling of discord is your first step towards change. Your mind and body are telling you that something is wrong and needs attention. And much more often that not you know what needs to be done to make things better.
You may not think you know, but with the help of a therapist who is interested in how you tick and what in particular will help you feel better, your mind will nearly always provide the answers you need to help you so that you can receive effective help with a wide range of issues.
My methods are intended for short term use and I usually see results in very few sessions. Because of my business background in chartered surveying I have a very professional attitude towards my work providing clients with a comfortable environment where they can access the confidential and caring help they require.
Training, qualifications & experience
Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (non-practising)
Member of the Corporation of Advanced Hypnotherapy and HypnoHealing
Thought Field Therapist
I believe that it is important in any profession to continue with regular study and broadening of skills.
I have been an Advanced Hypnotherapist since 2004. I chose this training because I had been on the receiving end of Advanced Hypnotherapy and was well aware of its profound benefits. I am also a Thought Field Therapist trained to diagnostic level by TFT's founder, Roger Callahan.
In addition I have studied with Kevin Laye, Harley Street therapist and author and Steve Gilligan, proponent of 'The Hero's Journey'. I have also studied Reiki.

I nearly always suggest to prospective clients that they come for an initial consultation because it is important to make an informed decision. Some therapists will provide this for free but I do make a nominal charge (details upon application). It reflects that you have my undivided professional attention so that you can explain your issues in detail and learn all you need about the therapies I use and how they will help you.
This means that when you do decide to go ahead the groundwork is largely done and we can get straight on with the process of making a difference.
Fees for full sessions are discussed during the initial consultation as they vary according to the treatment required, the length of session agreed and your personal circumstances.
