Confidence building, phobias and anxiety, weight reduction, self esteem issues and many other areas can be successfully treated. I also specialise in Past Life Regression, which can be a fascinating tool for increasing self-understanding, and often resolves issues which have stubbornly resisted change.

I am fully qualified as a Hypnotherapist (AMHS), have undertaken further training in Past Life Regression, and am also a registered Healer and Bowen Practitioner.
