About me
Kim specialises in stress and anxiety and is effective for almost all psychological, emotional and stress-related symptoms/problems. The more anxiety or stress a person is experiencing the more their thinking, feelings, symptoms and health will be affected.
Using Hypnosis combined with our other techniques improves thought processing in a fast and effective way helping to create changes in your general attitude towards yourself and your current life situation on our Stress Management Program.
Our Weight Loss programme will give you the motivation to make permanent changes in your diet and lifestyle, change the way you think about food and exercise forever.
We will help you naturally eat smaller portions, eat healthier and better foods, learn to stop eating when you are full, have a real desire to become more active and feel so much better about yourself.
Kim also uses hypnotherapy along with other techniques to help you become a non-smoker easily, simply and permanently.
We do this by communicating a clear message to your sub-conscious mind (This is where the habit was created in the first place).
