About me

I am a trained Clinical Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist, EFT Practitioner and Reiki Master. I work with a range of issues from Stress/Anxiety, IBS, Phobias, Weight Reduction, Addictions, Quitting Smoking, Dementia, Self Harming to Past Life Regression and many more. I am also trained in  NLP, Educational Kinesiology and Symbiodynamics.

Based in Kings Hill, West Malling, Kent, I offer a fully confidential service and believe in working with people in a relaxed, non-judgmental atmosphere.

I can help you to regain control and achieve your personal goals and assist you to make positive changes in your life.

Training, qualifications & experience

I trained with The Essex Institute of Clinical Hypnosis and hold a certificate in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy. I have also completed a diploma course with the same college.

I am regisistered with the APHP, The Hypnotherapy Association, the National Council of Psychotherapists, AAMET, Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)and DTS Dementia Therapy Specialists.

I am also a practicing member of IBS Register and also the NHS Directory of Complementary Therapists. Icarry professional indemnity insurance.

Continuing professional development is an important part of my membership with the above organisations and means that I am regularly expanding my knowledge of hypnotherapy and psychotherapy and other therapeutic techniques to enable me to offer the best possible assistance to my clients.

Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (APHP)

Each member of APHP has received thorough training in hypnosis and hypnotherapy, is competent and conscientious, and abides strictly by a code of ethics.

There are four grades of membership: Licentiate (LAPHP), Registered Member (MAPHP), Accredited Member (MAPHP(acc.)) and Fellow (FAPHP), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience.

The Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy is a member organisation of UKCHO (an umbrella body for the hypnotherapy profession in the United Kingdom).
