I am based in Gloucester and have helped many people to improve their lives using hypnotherapy, psychotherapy and counselling techniques - It is often important to identify the root cause of a problem, not just 'paper over the cracks'. If the root cause has not been resolved the problem may well return in it's original form or as a new one.
Change can be achieved in a very gentle way and at a pace that is comfortable for you. Using an integrated counselling approach allows me to use aspects of different theoretical approaches instead of just one sole method. We are all different and what may suit one person may not suit another.

Many of my clients come to me from personal recommendations by satisfied clients.
