I am a Professional Hypnotherapist based in North Hertfordshire. I offer relaxation and Hypnosis to help with many things for example: Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Stress, Sleep problems, Weight loss, Smoking cessation, Phobias, Nerves and Habits.

I also run a Relaxation and Guided Visualisation Class on the first Sunday of the month. This is a wonderful opportunity to take time out from life and indulge in a bit of well deserved 'me time'!

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I studied Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy with specialist training college Chrysalis. I am qualified as both a Hypnotherapist and a Counsellor and Psychotherapist.

LHS - Licenciate of the Hypnotherapy Society
Dip. Couns. - Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy
MCS (Acc) - Accredited Member of the Counselling Society

Fees

I charge £45 for each hour long session and £100 for a 2 hour Stop smoking session.

I also charge £45 for an initial consultation which can last up to 1 hour 30 minutes.

The cost for an hour's 'Relaxation and Guided Visualisation' Class is £6.
