I am a fully trained Professional Practitioner of Clinical Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming and a qualified Life Coach. I offer caring, professional and confidential support for many psychosomatic problems, including, but not limited to: Smoking Cessation, Weight Management, Fears and Phobias, Habit Disorders, Anxiety, Nerves, Stress and Depression.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I have been qualified as a hypnotherapist for nearly 6 years, running my own practice. I qualified with, and am a member of, The World Federation of Hypnotherapists, I am a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register, A Graduate Member of INLPTA - I hold a Diploma and Practitioner Certificates in NLP. I hold a certificate in EFT and Counselling Skills and Theory, and a Practitioner Certificate in Life Coaching. I am registered with the GHR as a hypnotherapy supervisor and mentor. I help to run the Worcester GHR Peer Support Group. I am accredited by the National Regulatory Register for Hypnotherapy. I hold full Public Liability Insurance with Royal Sun Alliance.

Fees

The initial 30 mins of your first appointment is a free assessment period - after the first 30 mins has elapsed, I will ask you if you are happy to continue with your appointment, if so, we will do so straight away, if you change your mind for any reason, there is no obligation to continue.

For Hypnotherapy:
First Appointment, duration of 2 Hours = £65.00
Follow up appointments, duration 2 hrs = £55.00
Smoking Cessation Therapy, duration 2 hours + free back up session = £120.00
