As an experienced Hypnotherapist, I help people with a variety of issues and have taken specialist training to help people suffering with Anxiety and to help people wanting to Manage their Weight. I have also trained to master level to help people Stop Smoking.
Hypnotherapy can be very effective to help boost confidence and to promote wellbeing. Where appropriate, I can incorporate other interventions such as CBT, NLP or counselling to ensure your needs are met.
My therapy rooms are located in Great Barr and in Sutton Coldfield and I can offer flexible appointment times.
I believe that we are all as unique as our fingerprint, therefore your therapy is tailored to You.

Training, Qualifications & Experience
I have been practising since 2005, have a diploma in Hypnotherapy and I am accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
