With a background in nursing I have been working as a counsellor and clinical hypnotherapist for over 17 years, initially alongside the District General Hospital in Eastbourne, Sussex and now in Farnham, Surrey where I run a busy clinic receiving referrals from GPs and dentists alike. My interest lies in helping people deal with emotional stress of all kinds, whilst also being on the look out for any accompanying physical imbalance since the emotions are known to have a knock-on effect on the body when out of sync. In order to offer my clients the best possible treatment I link to a network of highly trained specialists dealing in other therapies based locally and, when necessary, I refer my clients on with the intention of working with the whole body rather than just the mind. I charge £45 per hour using Counselling, Hypnotherapy, NLP, EFT and Kinesiology and also offer reduced rates for people receiving benefits
