Based in Belper in Derbyshire I specialise in regression work, looking for the root cause of the presenting issue. This can be regressing to childhood and sometimes back into the womb and beyond. Past life or even Transgenerational regression can sometimes help to reveal why there is a problem today (even if you don't believe in previous live!) One clients issues with barking dogs has been resolved through regression therapy, others have been able to understand their issues and move on with their lives.  All good positive outcomes from therapy.

My aim is to help you to overcome your problems by working in an holistic way, finding the cause of the issue then using the appropriate hypnosis/NLP techniques to resolve things so that you have a wonderful sense of well being at the end of the course of treatment.

Sometimes I use Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) first to help to dispel negative emotions like anger or guilt so that the positive suggestion used in hypnosis can have more effect especially when combined with NLP.  I hope I will be able to help you too

Qualified with Dip C Hyp. and HPD followed by the Advanced Hypnotherapy Diploma from Lionheart Training. Qualified as CHBPP - Certified Hypnotic Birthing Process Practitioner with the UK Academy of Theraputic Arts and Sciences.

Trained for EFT with Lionheart Training.
