I am dedicated to ongoing post qualification study. I have a MSc Psychology and I am around half way through a BA in Philosophy and psychological studies. Also due to complete a BA (Hons) Open degree specializing in social policy, psychology and politics in the next 14 months or so.
I have professional, vocational, academic and nontraditional qualifications and awards and full professional registrations and insurance, including CNHC registration in the hypnotherapy category. The CNHC is the official voluntary regulator in the UK for hypnotherapy.
I now run a specialized hypnotherapy, CBT and motivational hypnotherapy combination for all habits and behaviours that can result in injury, illness or death. It is similar to gastric band hypnotherapy visualisation in that it involves visualising processes of treatment, and also crisis. This is not a treatment or cure, it is a perception and behavioural change process assisting clients to make new choices about their lifestyle and behaviour, it is suitable for obesity, smoking, addictions, alcohol abuse, risky lifestyle and any other similar behaviour.

With weight loss I can provide a variety of methods including variations on the so called gastric band hypnotherapy method, which although highly publicised, is merely an adaptation of much older methods. My colleague is a nutritional therapist, and therefore nutritional advice is available via her if required.
