Since qualifying as a Hypnotherapist in Jan 09, I have successfully worked with many people with different issues and had some brilliant feedback. I am enthusiastic about helping people, it is my main driver as a Hypnotherapist. I provide a caring approach to all my clients, takling the cause of the problem to provide lasting results. I use gestalt, inner child, regression and other techniques. I believe passionately, that Hypnotherapy can help make the changes necessary to enable clients to improve their lives and fulfil their potential. I intend to continue with additional courses to keep myself up to date and expand my knowledge.

I have recently undertaken Parts Therapy with Roy Hunter from America.  Parts therapy can be very effective for problems which have a more complicated cause.

I have also qualified recently to offer the Hypno Gastric Band, which is becoming more and more popular for clients wanting to loose weight and has produced very effective results.  The therapy consists of 4 sessions, and is offered at a fraction of the cost ( £250) of the surgical operation with NONE of the risks.

I have worked with Smoking, emotional issues, driving test, low self esteem, low confidence, pregnancy, depression, weight management, stress, phobias etc. One of my clients, a naval man, suffered from sea sickness and is delighted with the success of Hypnotherapy as he suffers no longer!

My oldest client is 93 - and has cured her fear of snakes and of heights and comes regularly for relaxation sessions - you have to admire her!

Fees

£50 per session ( usually between 1 1/2 - 2 hours)

Smoking - £60 first session, £25 for a second if needed

A free CD is provided for all clients relevant to their problem area.
