Profile
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy with NLP techniques and cognitive behavioural understanding is a powerful modality. Arrange a FREE no obligation chat at which we will discuss how I could help you and an estimate of the number of sessions required.
Hypnosis is utilised in every session to held create subconscious changes working in union with your own commitment to creating positive change.
Hypnosis is very pleasant and is described by many clients as being like the experience of drifting towards sleep, knowing they could wake up if they wished but simply not wanting to. Another way clients describe hypnosis is as a state of focused attention akin to concentrating fully on a film and then not initially noticing someone coming into the room and yet being aware at the same time. Other client’s describe the experience as “blissful like floating in a warm pool”, or as “concentrating absolutely and feeling totally motivated but with no feeling of effort”.
The understanding of your mind and the self-help tools which you take away from therapy will help you to rise to those future challenges which are part of life’s rich journey. I am available for talks, workshops and seminars, personal development and confidence or performance coaching.

Please note: Hypnotherapy works in conjunction with your own commitment to change. Willpower can be greatly amplified by hypnotherapy but it is important it is present. Additionally it is important that the weight loss client is willing to commit to dietary/lifestyle changes, the stop smoking client to stopping, the addiction client to stopping the addiction and lifestyle changes etc. Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool to help you make your chosen changes with greater calmness, comfort and ease.

Further Information
My philosophy:
The responses within the subconscious mind are the greatest determinants of our beliefs, reaction patterns and experience of life until we learn to consciously create.
My journey: I trained at the Clifton Practice in Bristol 2005/2006 and have taken further courses annually professional development. I am committed to supervision and to continuing professional development.
An enduring interest of mine has been sport and outdoor pursuits. It was whilst participating in archery that I first became aware of hypnosis in sport. Although I was only a good club archer myself I was in contact with members of the British archery team some of whom had used hypnosis in their preparations.
My participation in archery taught me how learning to focus the mind can make a difference which will radiate throughout other areas of life. In hypnotherapy we utilize the capacity of the mind to focus and discipline itself which has important implications in sport and life.
I would be delighted to help you achieve your sporting, business or other potential. If your sport is one of which I have no personal experience I look forward to learning from you the physical skills you need to perfect.
