My aim is to help clients find their own way of living their life in a more complete, satisfying and resourceful manner. I take an holistic approach to emotional healing and personal development and use aspects of psychodynamic, behavioural and person-centred therapies aligned with hypnotic, EFT and NLP techniques where appropriate.
Training, Qualifications & Experience
I trained at the UK College of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy and began to practise in 2001 with an Advanced Diploma in Hypno-Psychotherapy
I undertook further training and became UKCP Registered as a Hypno-Psychotherapist. This allowed me then gain the European Certificate in Psychotherapy and the European Certificate in Clinical Hypnosis.
I am also a trained NLP practitioner and an Advanced EFT practitioner and have a specialist interest in working with those living with Dementia and their family support groups.
