I have been established as a hypnotherapist since 1988 and have over 20 years experience in helping people make the changes they want through the natural process of hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy can help people not only to stop smoking but also with anxiety, confidence, weight, phobias, addictions, panic attacks and unexplained infertility. I also specialise in sports hypnotherapy, helping people to reach their full potential in their chosen sport.
