At Choice Hypnotherapy, I provide a professional, friendly and effective hypnotherapy service for a range of issues, to help you to make real changes and enjoy your life more.

This completely confidential service includes a free initial consultation, followed by tailor-made therapy designed to meet your individual needs and wishes.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I am an experienced Clinical Hypnotherapist, able to help with a range of issues, including all those listed below. I aim to keep explanations simple and sessions interesting and relaxed, whilst really helping you to make the changes you want to achieve.

I am a member of the NHS Directory of Complementary & Alternative Practitioners. I am also registered with several professional organisations: The General Hypnotherapy Standards Council, General Hypnotherapy Register, Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council, Central Register for Stop Smoking Therapists, and National Smoking Cessation Institute. All therapy complies with their agreed codes of practice and ethics.

Initial consultation of up to an hour - free
Hypnotherapy (per hour) - £50
Stop smoking session (90 minutes) - £120

I also provide Gift Vouchers for deep relaxation sessions, so you can treat yourself or perhaps give a unique gift to someone special:
