I have been in full time practice for over 20 years. I practice fast 'Solution Orientated' therapies utilising eclectic approaches.
I believe that when a client comes to me they want to move on from their presenting problem and not wallow in the so called theoretical reasons in their past.
These approaches are fast and gentle and do not require reliving past memories/traumas.
With the exception of Smoking cessation course, I work on a 'session to session' basis 1 to 3sessions is all that is usually required.

Fees

Therapy sessions - 1.5 hour duration =£70-00 (session to session basis)
Smoking cessation - 3 sessions all in same week - £175-00 payable at first session
