Gerry is a Co-director of the personal development company Advanced Behavioural Capabilities Ltd. He works both with groups and 1:1 on all aspect of personal development.

Using NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Clinical Hypnotherapy, Coaching, Counselling and Accelerated learning interventions, Gerry successfully helps by assisting individuals, teams and organisations to reach their full potential.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

Gerry has a background in the NHS and within the pharmaceutical industry and believes that the success he has enjoyed, over the last 20 years, is wholly attributable to his ability to get the most out of people and developing them to achieve their full potential- while maintaining balance in their lives.

Gerry is ANLP (UK) and ABNLP (American Board of NLP) Master Practitioner and Certified Trainer of NLP.

He is a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist registered with the British Society of Clinical Hypnotherapists (BSCH) having trained at the London College of Clinical Hypnotherapy (LCCH)
