Karen April Mills runs a successful practice and offers professional, friendly and confidential hypnotherapy services to clients throughout Sheffield, Rotherham and Worksop areas. The practice, which is located in Kiveton Park is easily accessible via the A57 or M1 (Junction 31). Karen is a fully qualified and insured clinical Hypnotherapist and Counsellor and began her extensive training back in 2002. Karen is a member of the Hypnotherapy Association and The British Academy of Hypnosis and is registered with UKCHO and the NHSTA directory.
The hypnotherapy practice specialises in treating a wide range of psychological / health problems, including help with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, P. T. S. D. , fears and phobias, pain relief and stopping smoking. Karen believes that each client is a unique individual and is committed to helping people to achieve their own personal goals in a safe and comfortable environment. The practice has a private therapy room set in quiet, peaceful surroundings where clients are able to relax and unwind during therapy sessions without being disturbed.
Karen is professionally qualified to Diploma level in Hypnotherapy, Counselling and Neuro-Linguistic Programming and is committed to regular continuous professional development training. Her specialised certificates include training in:-
Quantum Pain Therapy - effective relief from all types of chronic pain, the results of which are almost immediate.
Lifting Depression Quickly - highly effective treatment for depression in six sessions or less.
Rewind Technique - a highly effective and gentle technique used to diminish phobias, anxiety, trauma and post traumatic stress disorder (P. T. S. D).

£45.00 per 2 hour session.
Free 30 minute initial assessment included in the first consultation.
£80.00 for a 2.5 hour 'Stop Smoking' session - many people are able to stop smoking after just one session!

HYPNOTHERAPY CD'S TO SUPPORT CLIENT SESSIONS OUTSIDE OF THE THERAPY ROOM ARE AVAILABLE, MOST OF WHICH ARE INCLUDED IN THE CONSULTATION FEE.
