I have been working in this field for 14 years and been solely focused on Cognitive Hypnotherapy and NLP for 7 years. I am passionate about my work with Cognitive Hypnotherapy and New Code Neuro Linguistic Programming, I enjoy keeping up-to-date with the
latest developments in modern psychology and
neuroscience.

I believe we all have within us whatever we need to be the person we want to be, I'm here to guide, encourage and sometimes challenge you to be the best possible you you can be.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I am an experienced, professional and competent therapist, one of a small group of advanced practitioners who have been trained and certified after evaluation in the latest NLP techniques-Certified New Code NLP Practitioner through the International Trainers Academy of NLP (ITA.)

I have studied with the American Board of Hypnotherapy, American Board of NLP, The Quest Institute (Cognitive Hypnotherapy & NLP to master level) and the exciting and innovative new code NLP with the ITA.

£295 for breakthrough sessions
£295 for one-of stop smoking with free back-up

Sessions can last up to two hours, I work thoroughly and aim to keep the number of sessions to a minimum.

Further Information

I offer a free of charge initial consultation. This is to enable me to get a bigger picture of what is going on for you, for you to meet me and be able to ask any questions, you are also free to bring someone with you. I do this as I appreciate this can be a big step to take and I believe it is essential the client is comfortable with whomever they choose to work with.

If at the end of the session you decide this is not the way ahead for you there is absolutely no obligation to take things further.

All work is strictly confidential.

Home visits are available in certain circumstances.
