My name is Lynn Wilshaw and I'm a professionally qualified and highly experienced counsellor and hypnotherapist. I believe that counselling and hypnotherapy go hand in hand to help you create the life that you want.

When using hypnotherapy I frequently provide clients with a CD of the session - so that they can continue to work on issues between sessions. This helps the client to move forward and achieve their desired goals as quickly as possible.
