*HypnoBirthing is a specialism where mother and partner are taught breathing and relaxation techniques, self hypnosis and visualisations allowing for a more relaxed, more gentle and less painfull birthing experience leading to deeper bonding between mother, partner and baby

Training, Qualifications & Experience

Trained with the National College of Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy gaining the cerificate in Hypnosis and Psychotherapy with distinction, ie CHP(NC) in 2007.
Certified HypnoBirthing Practitioner 2009 having trained in the Mongan Method,
Reiki 2nd degree since 2005.
I have worked successfully with phobias,weight loss,
anxiety, stress , pain relief, self esteem ,self confidence and insomnia and in the area of HypnoBirthing

After a free ,no obligation 30 minute consultation fees are
Hypnotherapy £45 per session
Reiki £35 per session
Hypnotherapy/ Reiki £65 per session
HypnoBirthing £280 per couple one to one
(4 x 3hr.classes) £250 per couple for
group sessions
