About me
I provide a friendly, confidential, professional service from my comfortable and relaxing Stirling clinic, easily accessible from all central belt areas, and with ample, free on-street parking, Online using Zoom or similar, and by Telephone. (*Covid 19 restrictions to service currently in place)
I work in partnership with clients, helping to achieve the best approach and solutions, and offer a blended approach to Hypnotherapy, utilising cognitive techniques, meridian tapping therapies (Thought Field Therapy & EFT) and NLP tools into sessions as appropriate. I specialise in helping individuals achieve lasting change, across a range of areas including:
Weight Loss, Gastric Band, Stop Smoking, Stress, Anxiety, Habits, Fears & Phobias and Performance.
I offer a free 20 minute consultation face to face, on Zoom or by telephone to answer any questions, explain the process used and ensure suitability for your needs.
*COVID 19 (Check website for updates) Online Zoom and Telephone Sessions currently in place. Upon returning to in person sessions (to be announced), Face to face session procedures and attendance guidelines in place, including social distancing measures (acrylic screen between therapist and client, 2 metre distancing during session, hand sanitiser, increased cleaning and surface cleaning between clients).

Member organisations
Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).
Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.
All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
