Tracy Thomas is a fully qualified clinical hypnotherapist. Prior to becoming a hypnotherapist Tracy was a Macmillan Nurse for 20 years, so is well experienced in dealing with clients who have complex issues. Her aim is to work with clients, to enable them to make the changes in their life's that they want to make.
Tracy is a fully registered hypnotherapist and neuro linguistic programmer, as well as having specialist training in weight loss, hypnotic gastric bands, and smoking cessation. She is also well versed in group work.

She offers a professional, confidential service.
She runs her service from a dedicated, comfortable therapy room in her home.
Tracy offers 30 minute free consultations, to give people the opportunity to see how hypnotherapy and NLP can help them.
She also runs weight loss groups over 4 weeks for up to 10 people, and a one off quit smoking group, at local venues. These can also be booked for groups of friend/family, companies, or local groups, at venues close to you.

Training, Qualifications & Experience
Tracy Thomas trained at the John Dewar School of Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy in Leamington Spa.
As well as being a qualified nurse (RGN) she also hold a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, a Diploma in Master Hypnotism. She is a practitioner in NLP, and holds Specialist Diploma's in weight loss, hypnotic gastric bands, and smoking cessation.
Tracy is registered with the General Hypnotherapy Register, and is a member of the Central Register of Stop smoking Therapists.
Plym Hypnotherapy is fully insured with professional indemnity insurance and public liability insurance.
Tracy is fully Criminal Record Bureau (CRB) checked, and she adheres closely to the Code of Ethics laid down by the GHR.
Tracy is also a member of the Plymouth Chamber of Commerce.

You can also purchase gift vouchers from her website, to give as a gift. Voucher of any amount can be sent, and come with a gift certificate, that can be sent to you or straight to the recipient.
As she works from home, she is very flexible about appointment times, and can see clients in the evenings and weekends, as well as daytime appointments. Please call to discuss.

Please note sessions cancelled less than 24 hrs before it is due is liable to a £40.00 charge.
Further Information
Plym Hypnotherapy is on the Number 7D bus route and the Number 2 bus stop is just a 5 minute walk away. On street parking is available, but may be more limited for evening and weekend appointments.
If you are a local group or association who would like Plym Hypnotherapy to come and give a talk to you, then this is available free of charge, and Tracy normally offers a one hour talk, with opportunity for questions and answer sessions.
