Tracy Jones (AdvDipH, ADPR, DipHyp, CMH, CPNLP)
Hi, i am an advanced level hypnotherapist working in the West Midlands area. I have had the huge privilege of working with many people during my career, helping them to achieve some amazing results, bringing about positive changes, often in many areas in their lives.
I hold the highest accolade one can hold in hypnotherapy, this being the Advanced Diploma in Hypnotherapy, and have completed extended training since qualifying as an accredited hypnotherapist. I have helped, and continue to help clients with many issues including weight control and management, comfortable birthing, trauma, anxiety, decision making, fears and phobias, habits, addictions, depression, IBS, and much more. Hypnotherapy encourages us to think about things differently, maybe giving us a different perspective on life. Many of my clients have been amazed at how they have asked me for help in one area of their life, yet have felt the positive benefits seeping into many other aspects of their lives. How can hypnotherapy help you?
Hypnotherapy never ceases to amaze me in what it can, and does achieve in enabling people to change their lives in such positive ways. So many people have been so pleasantly surprised by just how much they have achieved through the use of hypnotherapy during our sessions.
I became interested in hypnotherapy initially after discovering its benefits for myself. I went through a very difficult time in my own life and found hypnotherapy very helpful in my recovery. I then experienced a most amazing 'hypnobirth' which showed me just how powerful hypnosis can be. It was then that i decided that i had to spread the word and felt truly compelled to help others to enjoy the wonderful benefits of hypnotherapy. I trained as a hypnotherapist and feel that i am doing the very thing i was put on the planet to do and am loving it!
The hypnotic state is a very natural state for us to enter into and one which we naturally experience throughout the day. You know that feeling when you're about to drop off to sleep at night? Or when you're so engrossed in a book that you forget about everything going on around you? Or when you're driving and stop at the traffic lights, then begin to daydream? They are all the same kind of state that you will experience during hypnosis. You remain in complete control at all times during the session, fully aware of what is being said. Many of my clients have described hypnotherapy as a very pleasant, relaxing and enjoyable experience.
Our first meeting usually lasts around 1 1/2 hours. The first half hour of this session will be a free, no obligation consultation where we will discuss the presenting issue and i will advise you on how i can help and the number of sessions it is likely you will need. We will also talk about how hypnotherapy works and i will answer any questions or queries you may have before you decide if you would like to go ahead with the therapy. You will then be encouraged to make yourself comfortable while i guide you into a relaxed state before beginning to work on the presenting issues. After the session we will discuss how you felt it went and arrange further sessions if needed. I am happy for clients to contact me by e-mail or phone in between sessions if they have any queries or questions, and encourage them to update me on their progress. Sessions are usually a week or two apart, though this varies due to client preferences, the nature of the initial problem and also the stage of therapy. Subsequent sessions last around an hour.

Each session lasts around 1 - 1 1/2 hours.

I am based just off the Wolverhampton Road, a few minutes drive away from M5 junctions 2 and 3 and within easy reach of Rowley regis train station. My practice is within easy reach of Halesowen, Dudley, Oldbury, Birmingham and many other surrounding areas, with many major bus routes running very close by and within short walking distance.
There is free parking available right outside if you are travelling by car.
I am able to travel locally to meet with clients in their own homes for no extra cost (if the location is not local to me i may still be able to visit you at home, though may charge extra for travel expenses which will be discussed when arranging the first appointment). Many people feel more comfortable and at ease in their own environment, all you need is a quiet, comfortable room with no interruptions.
