Tina is a leading hypnotherapist working with both adults and children. She adopts a solution focused approach, tailored to the individual, which helps patients find ways to move forward as quickly as possible. She can help with weight loss through the Thinner by Thought Programme.
Thinner by Thought is a weight loss programme which can include hypnotic gastric band therapy. This involves a revolutionary new concept in weight loss but more importantly Thinner by Thought is a tailored made package just for you.
Because a hypnotic gastric band is not suitable for everyone Tina will access your needs individually, therefore do not worry if you do not want or indeed need a hynotic gastric band.
This approach has a very high SUCCESS RATE in helping clients lose weight and maintain their weight loss.

Training, Qualifications & Experience
Tina gained her diploma at a school accredited by leading UK professional associations which consisted of a post-graduate supervision programme devised by a leading professional in the field. She also has had experience in Weight Loss Programmes and Weight Management, Educational Kinesiology, CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy),NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Stress and Nutrition.
She regulary attends courses to keep up with the latest techniques and information.

I offer a free, no obligation, initial consultation which takes about half an hour.
Initial Consultation 30 mins Free
1 Session of Hypnotherapy £60
Quit Smoking (2-5.5 hours) £185
Relaxation Sessions (40 Mins) £45
Gastric Band - Course 6-8 sessions £350 (1st session is approx 50 minutes in length)
An introductory consultation, FREE OF CHARGE (Which lasts about 30 minutes) is offered so that you can meet me and together we can decide if I am the right person to help you. You can discuss your problems and I can give you a deeper explanation of the procedures before you embark on any therapy.
