About me
My private practice for 29 years in hypnotherapy and counselling provides brief focused therapy and long term counselling and psychotherapy, (integrative: person centred; psychodynamic and CBT) gaining multi-dimensional experience working with individuals and groups suffering a broad cross section of mental health problems which impact negatively on emotional health and well being.
My work in private practice since 1990 has given me extensive experience in mental health matters, including pain management; bereavement counselling; relationship and couples counselling; mood/depressive disorders; suicidal ideation; Self harm; PTSD; panic disorders, including agoraphobia; claustrophobia; social anxiety disorders; anger management; child and adult sexual abuse; personality disorders; sleep disorders; smoking and eating disorders, Including, Psychological Assessment of clients involved in accident and/or injury and subsequent insurance claim or legal proceedings.
