About me

I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist and holistic health specialist, with over 24 years experience in treating adults & children for a variety of  challenges .

My personalised therapy and follow-up support, have gained me an excellent reputation, for which I am very grateful and incredibly proud.

As a Hypnotherapist, my aim is to help you to deeply relax and feel completely at ease, so that a state of hypnosis can be achieved. I then combine visualisation and suggestion to apply therapy to enable you to achieve and maintain your desired positive changes.

By supporting my clients in making positive changes physically, mentally, emotionally and psychologically, this has resulted in great success in helping both adults and children move forward with their lives.

All of my sessions are tailor made to treat you and your individual challenges, as everyone leads different lives and needs are diverse. Therefore, I like to speak to all my clients personally before seeing them, as occasionally, I may suggest using other skills that I have to enhance and maximise the success of your Hypnotherapy.

I have a wonderful, private and purpose built therapy room which is often commented on by my clients as being the most relaxed place they have ever been ! I have gained a lot of experience in " The Mind & Body Connection " and I always treat my client as a whole person, and not just a set of symptoms.
