RECENT CLIENT TESTIMONIAL
Hi Sue I felt totally at ease and relaxed during my first session whilst always feeling in control. I'm not sure what my expectations were for the first session but I certainly didn't feel disappointed and am looking forward greatly to my next session.
To someone who was considering hypnotherapy I would say ' there is nothing to fear and everything to gain'.
Whilst feeling I will have a better judgement after a few more sessions, I am totally willing for my views to be shared. Best regards, SC
Hi Sue. Firstly I want to say 'thank you' again for your amazing help in enabling me to access my inner resources to gain control of my lifestyle. Life is so much better now that I am living a healthier way, I continue to exercise 'mindfulness' most days.
We have been away for a couple of holidays since we last spoke and I have enjoyed a glass of wine occasionally with my husband, but no more than 2 glasses!
I would be happy for you to use my experience in your work:-
'I approached Sue when I knew that I did not have the ability to control my desire for 'a glass of wine' at tea time' which always led to one or two more after tea!, this had become a habit and certainly wasn't healthy. Moreover, social occasions usually meant I got a little tipsy - much to my partner's dismay!
I had also become overweight which concerned me too - health guidelines meant I could be a candidate for diabetes, heart problems etc.
When I approached Sue I asked if hypnotherapy could help me, her responding 'yes' was like a lifeline to me. We had a consultation the same day and talked for an hour, where Sue asked me if I had any other issues that I wanted to deal with. At home, I filled in a questionnaire and returned it to her by email, 5 days later I had my first session of therapy, and amazingly I was able to take control of my 'habit' immediately. By week four I had also lost 4 kilos in weight, and Sue and I agreed that I was now in a position to move forward with the inner tools she had enabled me to take hold of - I will be eternally grateful for her expertise and help, and would certainly recommend this therapy.' Sue W
ps: my weight loss is now 5 kilos
