Hello, My Name is Sue Jeffery and I am a fully qualified Cognitive Hypnotherapist, Master NLP practitioner and Confident Childbirth hypnobirthing practitioner. This means that I have many different ways to deal with issues and problems that my clients bring to my treatment room.
I am passionate about helping people in many different ways. I believe that each of us have what we need to be our best. Sometimes, however, we need a bit of help to manage this. I can be that help. Helping you to manage the things that can get in the way, anxiety, depression, fear, lack of confidence and giving up bad habits such as smoking. There are many different things that can stop us, phobias for example may blight your life in so many ways, I know this because I have benefited from Cognitive Hypnotherapy which has helped me to cure my dentist phobia.
So contact me to let me help you become the person you want to be.
What is Cognitive Hypnotherapy?
It is a solution focused therapy that uses a number of modern techniques to provide an individual treatment for each person. Sessions are tailored specifically to the individual so that their own problem is treated in the best way for them. This enables us to achieve lasting success in as short a time as possible.
It is difficult to give you an idea of how many sessions are needed, it can be a little as two or sometimes six to eight or more are required. This depends very much on the individual person and the issue we are dealing with. However, Cognitive Hypnotherapy is recognised to be a solution focused therapy and often positive results are achieved quite quickly.
There are so many ways that Cognitive Hypnotherapy can help, with issues such as confidence, anxiety issues, weight loss, helping with phobias to name but a few. If you take a look at my website you will find more details possible treatments for a variety of issues.
Are you pregnant and worried about your labour?
Have you had a traumatic first birth and worry about having a similar experience?
If the answer is yes to either of these questions I may be able to help. I am a Confident Childbirth hypnobirthing practitioner and love helping women to prepare for their labour in the best way possible for them. I can work with the prospective mother alone or together with their partner, whichever feels right for you. The programme for this is more structured and consists of four sessions to prepare you for your labour and early days with your baby. This programme is particularly effective in helping women who have had a previous traumatic or difficult delivery
Where do you work and how can I get more information?
I work in a dedicated treatment room in my own home near Romsey. For more information please visit my website or contact me

Thank you for seeing me last night. I have an uplift each time I see you. I have had some unforeseen challenges to overcome recently but I know that I am dealing with them far better as a result of your previous good work.
Thank you Sue"
"Although I had heard of Cognitive Hypnotherapy before I was quite anxious about the whole process. Sue's communications were warm and friendly and she put me at ease by explaining what would happen in our sessions. My nervousness soon disappeared as we started working together.
Right from the very first session I saw results and changes in my habits and behavioural patterns. It was an interesting and worthwhile experience which I would recommend to anyone wanting to change. Thanks Sue."
