What is Hypnotherapy?
It is a method or practice whereby using hypnosis which is a completely natural state that along with the input of a properly trained and confident therapist can create positive changes in a person’s mental, emotional and physical state. It cannot make you do anything that you do not want to do or that you morally object to. You cannot get stuck in hypnosis and can leave the state whenever you wish to.
Is Hypnotherapy an instant cure?
Generally speaking it is not an instant cure or a magic wand. As with all treatments, both orthodox and complementary, a 100% success rate is not possible, but it is quite possible for the client to gain from hypnotherapy something that you were not expecting from your initial goal of therapy.
Does Hypnotherapy work for everyone?
It will be wrong to say that hypnotherapy can work for everyone. Like most things in life depending what you put into it, it will govern what you will get out of it. If you have an open mind and are committed to achieve the goal of whatever your issue is then you will probably be successful. You will be guided by the therapist as to what is sensibly achievable.
