Hello!
Thank you for looking me up. Allow me to introduce myself with a short history:
I am from Cardiff. My mother came from Austria, and my father from Guyana South America to be Community Warden in ButeTown. My mother became a widow when I was three, and times were hard for a mother of three. I had a good education to begin with, but had issues to overcome. I know it is a tough world, but together we can overcome any problems life throws at us!

As a nurse and hypnotherapist, I am doubly registered.
My work as a professional psychiatric nurse began more than forty years ago, and I developed through training to become a clinical practitioner in Hypnotherapy counselling. I am here to help you address your problems through you further understanding your powerful subconscious mind...
How to Prepare
What you will need to do to begin with is to think about what it is you feel needs to be addressed in your life. First have a free Initial Consultation, to discuss the way forward. With the paperwork established, this may then be followed by a Hypnotherapy Relaxation.
What Happens
Using safe hypnotherapy procedures, I am dedicated to assisting you to bring about some practical solutions and help you find the peace you need, in order to function more confidently, happily and effectively. You are not at risk of being manipulated subliminally. I am governed by The National Hypnotherapy Society, The National Counselling Society, and the N.M.C. and bound by their protocols, guidelines, and ethical standards, which may be accessed online.

Training, qualifications & experience
- Diploma of Hypnotherapy and Counselling Skills (Dip. Hyp. C.S.),
- Professional Member of the Hypnotherapy Society (M.H.S.). Professional
- Member of a Counselling Organisation, and a fully qualified Registered
- Psychiatric Nurse (R.M.N.). D.B.S. checked and current.
I have experience in Seminar organising and have facilitated and participated on various Committees, including having been a Delegate for International Affairs at the European Parliament.
Member organisations
The National Hypnotherapy Society is a Learned Society whose primary purpose is the advancement of the knowledge of hypnotherapy and the fostering of professional hypnotherapy expertise through training, accreditation and continued professional development of their members. The Society seeks to contribute to public wellbeing both through the use of hypnotherapy and by ensuring that hypnotherapists are safe, competent and ethical in practice.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Smoking cessation
A One-off 'Cessation from Smoking' session, to not want to smoke again, only costs £110 (saving you a fortune on 'fags'!).

When I work
I am available at flexible times of the day or evening, by mutual agreement, at my Clinical Practice in Cardiff, or through arrangement at another location if feasible.
Further information
To develop the hypnotherapy it is often necessary to have six to eight sessions for the course of treatment, and to deepen the effects.
This is not the case with Smoking Cessation, which is simply a single session.
