Simon Clarke has been a fully qualified and registered Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist and Counsellor since 1997,during which
time he has gained  considerable experience over a wide range of issues,
helping clients to overturn negative thinking patterns,habits,and behaviours,
and live more fruitful and content lives.  

Within a supportive relationship ,his approach is solution-focused ,dealing
with the presenting issue effectively and as swiftly as possible ,at a
reasonable cost to the client. He makes use of techniques from CBT,
relaxation and self-hypnosis ,all of which clinical research has shown are helpful
in producing the desired treatment aims.
