Hello, my name is Shelly and I am the founder of the Leicester Therapy Centre which I run from my rural village retreat in South Leicestershire. I am a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and licensed Hypno-Band practitioner, which is the revolutionary virtual Gastric Band hypnotherapy weight loss system. I also offer a Hypnosis for Weight Loss programme. My aim is to provide you with the highest quality of private therapy in a warm and friendly atmosphere. I specialise in Weight Loss Management and as well as being a licensed Hypno-Band practitioner using the virtual Gastric Band system I also offer a weight loss and management programme, devised with Sky TV's Steve Miller, the weight loss expert and host of the show 'Fat Families' Over three to four sessions, we start your weight loss journey, using counselling and clinical hypnotherapy to get you slimmer, fitter and happier, incorporating new skills to keep the weight off, for good.

I run a very successful Smoking Cessation Clinic in Leicester where I will use hypnotherapy to help you quit smoking easily, all in one session. I have been practicing for over 5 years and maintain regular training and Supervision in order to keep up to date with the latest developments in the Therapy field and be accountable of my service to you.

I am fully insured and belong to the appropriate, recognised professional bodies within the field for your peace of mind. The Leicester Therapy Centre also supply therapy to patients from Private Medical Centres.

I am very happy to answer any questions you may have and to talk these through with you before you decide to make an appointment. You will find me welcoming, empathic, non judgemental, caring to your needs and very easy to talk to about any concerns you have.

Hypnotherapy - £85 per session, lasting 1-1.5 hours

Smoking Cessation Clinic - £195 Stop smoking for good in one easy session.

Hypno-Band Weight Loss system - £395 inclusive of four sessions with CD recordings and handouts.

Weight Loss Management - £85 per session

Counselling Sessions - £55 per individual session, 6 sessions £300.

Fees are based on therapy at my private South Leicestershire rural retreat, where it is warm, comfortable and tranquil, and you will be made to feel most welcome.

Payment is accepted in cash, cheque or in advance by Credit/Debit card using Paypal.
