Serena is a highly qualified advanced hypnotherapist in Northampton and has extensive experience of guiding clients through past life regression either to resolve present life difficulties or simply for curiosity. Serena also has extensive experience with hypnobirthing mums/couples and helping people to stop smoking.

As a busy mum to six children, Serena also works as an HGV driver to support her family and regularly attends specialist workshops to keep her skills up to date.

Serena has a passion for Hypnobirthing which involves helping pregnant women and their partners prepare for the labour and birth of their baby, and what they can expect during the early weeks of becoming a parent. Serena has recently trained as a BabyCalm teacher (www.babycalm.co.uk) which helps expectant and new parents learn techniques to become less stressed and babies to become calmer.

Serena has a deep interest in past life regression which has been a source of fascination for many years. With this in mind, Serena decided to train as an advanced past life regression therapist and has had many satisfied clients as a result of the various techniques which can be applied during a past life session.

For any session of hypnotherapy, the fee is £60-negotiable depending on your personal financial circumstances. The minimum I can accept per session will be £35
