I am a hypnotherapist who works with people suffering from anxiety and stress, people who have lost their confidence and feel they are no longer in control of their lives. Sometimes a phobia can be stopping a client from following their dream whether it's a trip of a lifetime or a new job. Often clients will say to me that they know they aren't happy and they don't know how to make things better.
My job is to help my clients get back control of their lives, help them to regain their confidence and live their lives the way they want to.
I use a solution focused approach, I only focus on the future and how we can achieve positive outcomes rather than dwelling on the past. I use a simple 5 step process which can turn people's lives around in as little as 6 weeks. I help them to understand why they are suffering in the way they are, help them to set positive goals for the future, identify and undo any negative behaviour patterns that may be holding them back, create positive new behaviour patterns and habits and lock those in for permanent change.

Training, qualifications & experience
I trained in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy with the Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training Centre and have a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy (DHP) and the Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH).
I am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapists and the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and the Complementary & Natural Health Care Council and am bound by their code of practice.

After this sessions are £65 each and approximately 1 hour long.
I am confident that I can help you to make significant steps forward in your life in just 6 weeks so I offer a package of 6 consultations for just £325 saving you £65.
Specific phobias and fear are dealt with in 4 sessions (including your initial consultation) for just £195.

Before my sessions with Sarah I suffered with anxiety, confidence and anger to the point where it was interfering with my everyday work and personal life. If you’re thinking of using hypnotherapy don't judge it before you try it!!! It's something that not a lot of people know about and it's extremely interesting to know how your brain works and why we think, react and do the things we do. It's also a really relaxed treatment, and shouldn't be confused with what you see on TV.
Having heard positive comments about Hypnotherapy from friends, I decided it may be just the sort of thing I was looking for. My work life was causing me some stress, mainly due to the extra responsibilities required in my new role. And, in my personal life, I was still trying to adjust after the break-up of my 28 year marriage and grown up children leaving home.
I found Sarah to be positive and encouraging. From our first session I found Sarah to be helpful and, most important for me, empowering. I wanted to take control of my situation and find a different way of viewing things which Sarah helped me to do. Sarah has a lovely gentle manner which I easily responded to. What I particularly appreciated was the way she guided me into recognising that it is ME who changes the way I think and feel about things. That, in itself, was a revelation and I love the confidence that gives.
I have learnt such a lot about the way my brain works, thanks to Sarah’s coaching. What that has done is help me to see certain situations in a different way. Rather than instinctively reacting, I am learning to think before I act. I am so very grateful for Sarah’s help in this. I had a built in response to particular things which had a profoundly negative affect on me and could overshadow the rest of my day. Breaking that cycle has been empowering. I work Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 9.00 pm and 9.00 am to 12.30 pm on Saturday
