About me

Would you like to increase your Confidence & Self esteem?
Reduce Stress and Anxiety? Sleep better?
Free yourself from any fears and phobias?
Overcome unwanted habits or behaviours?

Yes? Let me help you.

I can help you deal with the cause of the problem, change that negative voice inside your head and give you the tools to fulfill your true potential in personal and work life.

As a fully qualified Hypnotherapist & Life coach, I provide a custom fit therapy for your specific needs. ‘One size’ does not fit all; we are all unique and will require different things from therapy, it is important to find the correct approach for each person.

Hypnotherapy is known as a quick and effective way to create positive long lasting changes in your life. It has a long history of helping people to overcome fears, anxieties and other worries that are affecting their everyday lives.

Hypnosis can improve your personal wellbeing and help you to get to your better place. It can reinforce self-esteem, increase confidence and strengthen self belief on a deeper level.

Over the years I have trained with some great Hypnotherapists, Life Coaches, Psychotherapists and Counsellors, which has provided me with a variety of skills and approaches. To provide the best outcome; I use a combination of these to help my clients overcome or manage their issues.

If I asked what is it you don’t want or what do you want to be free from, then I have no doubt you will be able to tell me.
But if I was to ask you 'what do you want? 'or 'How would you like to be instead?', would you know?
Together we will explore this and design your sessions to suit your goals or intentions. It is not just about clearing the old 'stuff'; it is about moving forward, planning, finding positive alternative behaviours, having a positive mindset.

I work with clients with a variety of concerns & issues; but I specialise in treating people with :

  • Feeling better about themselves (Low Self Esteem)
  • Lack of Confidence
  • Anxiety & Stress
  • OCD
  • Panic attacks
  • Lack of Direction /Life purpose
  • Depression

After 20 years in the financial industry, due to personal circumstance my career took another direction and I found myself on this path. Firstly for myself and now to help others.  However, the analytical approach that I had gained previously give me a great advantage when looking at the problems that clients bring to me. It enables me to see the cause & solution fairly quickly. I help the client come to their own realisation and support them through this.

I offer a free 1/2 hour telephone session to gather information and discuss what is worrying you. I would encourage you to ask me any questions that you may have that my profile has not answered for you.

Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.
