During hypnosis you enter a trance state where you are still fully aware of your surroundings and in control of the situation. Your motivation to want to change the behaviour is key to the success of hypnosis.
As a qualified Hypno-psychotherapist, teacher and trainer with over 15 years experience, I am committed to supporting and empowering people in their journey through life helping them to be the best they can be and release unwanted habits and behaviours. I work from a principle and belief that everyone has the inner resources they need, or they can create them given the right conditions for change. I have 17 years experience of providing Hypnotherapy to clients who want to change. I have successfully helped people to overcome fears such as flying and giving presentations. Phobias of spiders, crowded places, and eating. Anxiety and panic attacks can become very debilitating when you are unable to carry out every day tasks. I have helped people to feel calmer, more in control and get their life back to being the way they want it. Feeling unhappy with your body image and weight can affect self esteem and confidence. I have successfully used Hypnotherapy to improve confidence and self esteem and motivate people towards a healthier weight and more positive body image.

£50 per hour for a one to one session. Change can happen quickly using the correct therapeutic tools and from my experience there is usually no need for more than 6 sessions.
Smoking cessation £120 for 90 minutes combining Hypnotherapy, NLP and IEMT
Mindfulness courses are £100 for 6 sessions of 2 hours per session. These courses run regularly, please contact me for dates and venues if you are interested in accessing mindfulness as a way to reduce stress, anxiety and worry and improve general health and well being.
'This Happy woman' course is delivered over 6 weeks, 2 hours per week. Aimed specifically for women who want to improve their wellbeing and find inner peace and calm even when life seems chaotic and stressful. You will learn mindfulness techniques, self hypnosis, Psychological models to reduce stress, improve relationships and find your purpose and passion in life. An opportunity for women to support women in a nurturing, comfortable and relaxed environment. Course costs £100 for 6 weeks.
Meditation courses run over 6 weeks, 1.5 hours per session. Whether you are a beginner or well established in meditating, this course is suitable for all levels. During each session you will learn new meditations with a different focus each week.
