Welcome! My name is Sarah and I am a Cognitive Hypnotherapist, here to help you achieve the solution you seek. Perhaps you feel 'stuck' in a rut? Maybe you feel stressed, anxious or both.......it could be that you have a phobia or an addictive habit that you wish to change. I enjoy working with my clients to help them overcome any limiting beliefs that might have been holding them back, and to work towards the future they desire. This could be improving your confidence at work or in your relationships or perhaps building your self esteem. Whatever it is, I believe that Cognitive Hypnotherapy can help you see the changes you want to see and help you unlock whatever it is that is needed to make the best possible future for you.
Choosing the right therapist is key and I hope that I have provided you with the information you need to take the next step. What to Expect:
On booking with me you get:
- A confidential environment and safe place to talk openly
- A personally tailored treatment plan just for you to work towards your solution state.
- A relaxed space to receive your treatment.
- A non judgemental therapist who is here to listen to your needs
For everything other than 'Stop Smoking', I ask that you book a minimum of 3 sessions, each of which are 60-90 minutes long.
The amount of sessions required above the 3 session minimum varies from person to person and I therefore prefer to gauge this on progress made at each session instead of you buying into a package of sessions that you may not need.
The real benefits of Cognitive Hypnotherapy is that it is a shorter form of therapy that can have life long lasting impacts. The majority of people, when the going gets tough, spend a lot of their money on a holiday with the intention of having a break from their day to day lives. Whilst this may provide a short term respite from problems, the relief is for the most part only temporary. The only way to change this is to invest in yourself so get in touch to see how we can make some longer lasting changes.
The sessions are payable in cash on the day or ahead of the session by BACS (details on request). The only difference to this is the 'Stop Smoking' treatment which is payable in full in advance.
Cognitive Hypnotherapy unlike other forms of therapy provides a personally tailored approach to you.
There are no set scripts and the sessions are prepared in relation to how you do your problem with the aim of the most effective change in the fastest time.If you are interested in hearing more, please do get in contact to book a free no obligation talk (usually 20 - 30 mins). This will help me understand how I can help you and for you to decide if I'm the right person for you to have as your therapeutic partner. If you decide to take the next step, this is the beginning and I look forward to working with you on your journey to change. This is your journey, I believe that you have the tools you need to help yourself, I am just helping you re-discover and / or unlock these.
