I am a Counsellor and Clinical Hypnotherapist based in Cardiff. You can be sure of a confidential and non-judgemental service.
Hypnotherapy can be an extremely helpful way to change any behaviours or thought processes that may have been bothering you for some time; from smoking to weight loss, sports performance to phobias!
I offer a two session Smoking Cessation Package, where we focus on becoming a healthy non-smoker!
I also offer a four session Hypnotic Gastric Band Package during which we use imagery of inserting a gastric band and tightening it up, making your stomach feel smaller. These sessions also focus on changing your relationship with food, so that you see food as fuel for your body.
In addition to these one-to-one sessions, I also offer group therapy sessions, both for friendship groups, or in a corporate sessions. These sessions are ideal for stress management.
Think To Slim is another group service available to help you change your eating behaviours and attitudes, enabling you to lose weight for good!
Training, Qualifications & Experience
I have a degree in Psychology, a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Counselling Skills, and a Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling. I am also continuing my proffesional development by studying for an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling before I go on to Study for my Masters Degree.
I love helping people overcome their issues whether it be through hypnosis or through the ongoing process of counselling.
