My name is Rebecca Donoghue (B.A. hons, Dip Hyp, GQHP, ISCH) and my aim at RD Hypnotherapy is to help anyone who would like to makes changes to improve their life.
Hypnotherapy enables you to free yourself from limiting behaviours or beliefs, replacing them with a positive mindset and a whole new wealth of possibilities.
By using a combination of advanced hypnosis techniques, EFT and mindfulness, I offer a wide range of treatments including relief from stress, anxiety and depression, building self confidence, release from habits, fears and phobias and smoking cessation. Alongside this, I am a fully qualified HYPNOSLIMMER consultant, specialising in weight loss and the virtual gastric band.
A programme of 1-2-1 HYPNOBIRTHING sessions to help prepare for a more relaxed, positive and manageable birthing experience is also available.
Hypnotherapy sessions take place either at my home office in Selby or at Action First Physiotherapy in Snaith, near Goole. The initial consultation is always free and their is no obligation to book afterwards.
Everyone is different, so I take the time to fully understand the issues my clients come to me to resolve and ensure an effective, personalised strategy is developed to help them on their way to making the positive changes they are looking for.
