I am a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Licensed Hypno-Band Practitioner and Smoking Cessation Specialist.
Here at Practical Hypnotherapy I pride myself on my professionalism in my approach to using hypnosis for making positive, long-term changes that you can utilise in your everyday life.

Training, Qualifications & Experience
- I have a diploma in Advanced Hypnotherapy. I gained my formal training with Brian Jacobs of Harley Street in London having followed the syllabus laid out but the National Guild of Hypnotists.
- I also utilise NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Gestalt techniques in conjunction with hypnosis.
- Full CRB check
- Member of the General Hypnotherapy Register
- Member of the National Guild of Hypnotists
- Experience in utilising hypnosis with childbirth
- Diploma in advanced smoking cessation through hypnosis
- CNHC registered Hypnotherapist (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council which is THE official voluntary regulator for hypnotherapy in the UK)

£120 - Stop smoking intensive single session programme (with 1 years free support included).
£300 - Hypno-Band treatment (as featured on Channel 4's Embarrassing Bodies & Lorraine)
£30 Student and over 60's single session rate (does not apply to stop smoking or Hypno-Band treatments).
