As we look forward to Christmas and then 2017, you may be making New Year resolutions. How many times have you made a vow at the beginning of a New year to quit smoking, lose weight, get rid of a phobia or deal with your anxiety? The fact is that most of these vows are broken within two weeks and that's because you're trying to do it all in your own strength and in your conscious mind. Not surprising then that you will probably fail.
Our subconscious mind makes up 80% of our brain activity and looks after us in many ways without us even knowing it. In hypnotherapy I'll put your subconscious mind to work in a wonderful, relaxing way. Make sense?

I care about your mental health and wellbeing. Most of us suffer from anxiety and/or depression at some time in our lives leaving us with a sense of hopelessness, helplessness and confusion. I've been working in the talking therapies now for around twenty years and know that hypnotherapy is the most gentle and effective way of sorting out life's issues. No problem is neither too big or too small, and can be dealt with and sorted out very effectively and in most cases very quickly.
Hypnotherapy is a powerful yet gentle way to bring about the positive changes that you desire. Sorting out your problems whilst in a deep state of relaxation is both enjoyable and very rewarding.

Initial Consultation (45 minutes) – Free of Charge
Standard Session (60 to 90 minutes – subject to presenting issue) – £50.00
Smoking Cessation (2 hours– only one session required) – £99
Weight Reduction (Usually 3 or 4 sessions) £50 per session
Gastric band session (60minutes) – £60 as a one off session or £50 if part of the Weight Reduction Programme
Payment can be made by cash, cheque, paypal or BACS payment
I offer concessions for students, war veterans and pensioners
Hypnotherapy is a deep state of relaxation, during which the client experiences a heightened sense of awareness, induced by the hypnotherapist. To the onlooker hypnotherapy may resemble sleep and a perceived lack of control but contrary to common opinion, the client is in full control during hypnotherapy and is fully aware at all times. Hypnotherapy is predicated on the power of suggestion and I will only make suggestions that will help you.
It is important to build a good rapport with me before treatment begins, to ensure successful results. This is achieved during the free consultation.
Hypnotherapy is recognised as being complimentary to conventional medicine and has been used in sport and other areas where achievement and peak performance is desired for many years. It is a wonderfully relaxing and pleasant experience that will leave you with a good sense of health and well-being.
We often fear what we do not understand and sometime we come to a time in our lives where we have tried everything else and feel ready to give up.
