About me

Solution Focused Hypnotherapist.

I have over 20 years experience as a hypnotherapist. I specialise in supporting clients who are experiencing a period of change in their lives eg. puberty, marriage, change of job, or school, retirement, or redundancy and finding it stressful.

During the first session I will find out how you would like to be helped, and explain how the brain works so that you understand how you can be helped. Solution Focused therapy concentrates on helping you to achieve the results you want. The sessions focus on the solution and not the problem and are relaxing and enjoyable. I will give you a Sound file to play between sessions.

Originally trained as a teacher I taught children who were in hospital. I continue to enjoy working with children, who may be anxious or stressed.

I initially trained as a homeopath in 1993 before adding hypnotherapy to my skills set in 2000. In 2015 I completed an additional training in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy.

I bring my experience, as well as my humour, empathy, and understanding to my practice. I am passionate about helping everyone to feel simply better about themselves,

Information about health conditions (*)

Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. Other areas of hypnotherapy I deal with
