Women’s Wellness Clinic
Women’s Wellness Clinic is for women, who need the right help and support to regain their self-esteem, self-confidence, manage their hormones naturally, and manage stressors from every day life. You may have tried countless diets, slimming clubs, new years resolutions, exercise regimes and never managed to have sustainable weight-loss or you maybe feeling burnt out and stressed. You probably don’t know what to do next; there is so much misleading advice in the media, such as low fat foods are key to losing weight, well this is not true.
What you need right now is to understand why your brain is telling you to reach out for those food choices, realise its not just what you eat and what exercise you do, understand why you’ve gained weight around your waistline, grasp how your emotions are linked to your food choices and recognise how stress is sabotaging you're ability to lose weight.

Training, qualifications & experience
As a therapist, my aim is to support you to overcome emotional set backs, and issues you are experiencing; then helping you to embark on a truly inspirational and authentic life.
I am qualified in accordance with General Hypnotherapy Standards Council criteria, and I am listed within the General Hypnotherapy Register. These two organisations are the UK's largest, and most distinguished regulatory bodies within the field of Hypnotherapy.
My Hypnotherapy/Psychotherapy Diploma was with MindWorks Therapy Training, Nottingham. Were I learnt effective psychological approaches such as: Guided Imagery, Hypnosis, Relaxation, Stress Management training, Mindfulness and Neuo-llingustic Programming (NLP).
With an Bsc Honours in Psychology with Sports Science, and 16 years' experience of working directly with clients, supporting them to recognise and achieve their physical and emotional potential. As Personal Trainer, I have created exercise programmes designed for: weight-loss, pre-natal and post-natal fitness, core stability, and injury and posture correction and weigh management course.
Working with dependent drinkers as an Alcohol Practitioner within the NHS, I established supportive relationships with clients empowering them to manage, and safely reduce their alcohol intake. I used psychosocial interventions such as, International Treatment Effectiveness Project (ITEP) mapping, in accordance with The National Treatment Agency for Substance Misuse and Motivational interviewing techniques.

I help expectant mothers and birthing partners who need the right support to having a safer, comfortable, easier and positive birthing experience and a steady recovery. In addition, I will guide you to eliminate some worries and help you to manage others
Childbirth has the potential to be the most amazing experience of a woman’s life. In our culture childbirth is seen as a medical condition and as an ordeal. In other cultures it is seen as a natural, normal event in a woman’s life, in which other women, allowing children to often witness the event, and support them. In our culture it is revered as an agonising event, we are socially conditioned to face the event with fear and trepidation. So the fears have been born from social conditioning.
I support expectant mothers and birthing partners to have a safer, easier, comfortable and positive birth experience. I’ll teach you how to eliminate some worries and manage others by the use of hypnosis and NLP. Also , I will guide you nutritionally and show you how to recover steadily from birth, and regain your waistline and prevent long-term injury.
You will be calm, confident, and in control not only during your pregnancy and labour, but also as a parent. Feel equipped with proven practices, which will enable you to feel totally at peace, even when things do not go to plan. My aim is to boost your confidence so that you manage rather than fear childbirth.
