How I work
Providing the high-quality support to clients under my care is of the utmost importance to me. The wellbeing of the patient is crucial, so I offer a confidential, trusting environment where you will feel safe to disclose your innermost feelings.
My aim is to focus on the core issue that is keeping you feeling ‘stuck’ in your journey. I work by listening to your story to gain an understanding of the issue and how the you perceive the problem, delving into how you would like things to be and how you would like to feel about things.
Ways we can work together:
Face-to-face: I see clients on a one to one basis in London for £90 per hour (concessionary rates available)
Skype: £60 per 90-minute session
From confusion to clarity
It is common in our human experience that we all reach a point in our lives where we would like some change. We can all get locked into beliefs or emotional patterns that no longer serve our present life. We react or overreact to situations that are linked to past trauma and events that are no longer relevant, yet are still active in our present memories. Cognitive hypnotherapy approaches the subconscious area of the mind, separate from the conscious mind. This is the area of the mind which is capable of making decisions and producing its own behaviour. This is where all problem patterns are stored and maintained. In Cognitive Hypnotherapy, we believe that, because the unconscious mind seeks to protect us by keeping us away from situations that have brought us pain in the past, when a similar situation occurs we become emotionally hijacked by our unconscious mind. This results in behaviour we can’t control or explain.
Stress Reduction – Experience the benefits of a 60-minute stress reduction session. Treat yourself to a session tailored to include Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to suit your needs.
Deal with anxiety and panic attacks – Let go of negative thought patterns that deplete your peace of mind. Experience a 90-minute clarifying session and feel invigorated and relaxed.
Post-natal depression – Allow yourself to let go of deep emotional trauma through four 60 minute sessions designed to change your emotional patterns and behaviours.
Motivation – Immerse yourself in a 90-minute session of positivity designed to changed the thought patterns holding you back from enjoying life.

I have spent 4 years traveling experimenting with many different practices, such as shamanism, psycho-dynamic counselling, different forms of meditation, energy- healing. I worked as a researcher in mental health, community worker, well being advisor. My background is in film maker, and as a painter. I truly enjoy observing life and gaining understanding of the human experience I have studied Biology and love to spend time in nature and with my family and friends or traveling.
